Had a great time. I'm still slightly shaken from the trip home -- having arrived at 3 am! Got up my usual time and got started on lecture notes. Class was at 3 pm today. Read a bit on forest fires (partial lecture materials). Then there's the usual - laundry, cleaned out my backpacks, downloaded images from four cameras (two are handphones), charged whatever needed to be charged (e.g., my solar lantern and batteries), keyworded the photographs... Still to come: download the GPS data and put my fieldnotes together - some are typed, most are not. Even the typed notes need editing, expansion, and revising. And I've got to update my kinship database.
